A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME: I grew up in Bulga on acreage farming cattle and growing lucerne and citrus. My parents then started our Ostrich Farm called Eaglerock Ostriches which run around 200 ostriches. We farmed ostriches all through my childhood while still helping on the family farm with the cattle.
I’ve worked in Real Estate for over 10 years. I also have previous roles in Hospitaility, Wine Sales and Media Sales. I currently live in the beautiful village of Broke with my husband and my little girl.

MY FAVOURITE COFFEE SPOT IN SINGLETON: Worn Out Wares and Magoony’s Coffee House at Broke

If I was in charge of planning the itinerary when friends were coming to stay, I’d be recommending… Firstly, a visit to Magoony’s Coffee House in Broke (highly recommend the Ruben Sandwich and the Caramel Cheesecake). Hitting the local wineries, you can’t go past a visit to Winmark Wines, Krinklewood Wine and Talits and then across to Tulloch Wines in Pokolbin. For a fun activity, I highly recommend a game of Aqua Golf at Hunter Valley Gardens and/or Axe Throwing at Sutton Estate. Food wise, wherever you go across the Hunter will be great but my favourites are Café Enzo and Hunters Quarter.
