Equipped with a fully functioning bathroom and kitchen, office spaces and covered outdoor area, this space offers ample storage for maintenance machinery and could be converted into a usable space for either events, permanent living or manager's quarters (subject to council approval). The shed is also the hub of the satellite and sender for purpose built Wifi network that services the entire property.
